There are three stages to our hiring process: application, interview, and decision. The number of interviews can vary depending on the role, location, and hiring manager.
Virtual face-to-face interviews will be conducted via Google Hangouts; Megaport does not use Microsoft Teams to conduct interviews.
We encourage you to explore the Megaport website and gather a basic understanding of the Megaport story. The job description will outline what skills and experience we are looking for, help you identify what to highlight during your interview, and allow you the time to prepare some specific examples. We also encourage candidates to come with questions.
Megaporters are encouraged to be their authentic selves. This means we have employees who feel most comfortable in jeans, a t-shirt, and sneakers, as well as employees who prefer to wear slacks and a collared shirt. For an interview, wear what you feel best represents you as a professional.
